The growing global interest in personalised media content via streaming platforms have contributed to the rising number of creators on such as YouTube all around world. Along with that, subtitles been medium that bridge users various demographic background are languages considered foreign them. In Malaysia however, majority did not include accurate English their due incapability navigate both and Bahasa Melayu properly, which result low-quality subtitle inclusion (from auto-generated CC). Due we believe locally based channels struggle make viewers grow globally. A case study 2013 Digital Discovery Channel other hand has proven benefit closed captioning where channel recorded an increase viewer engagement by 7.32% after use captions (3Play Media, 2021).
